Saarijärven Ruustinna complies with the following reservation and cancellation conditions when selling and/or passing on accommodation services or products to its customers in the online store. These Booking Terms and Conditions become binding on both parties when the customer has received a booking or order confirmation orally, in writing or by e-mail after making a booking. The terms do not apply to accommodation reservations with a size of more than 10 people.

Processing of the customer's personal data

When placing an order, you are also required to accept the use of your personal data to enable the processing, delivery and other measures directly related to your order and accommodation reservation. Terms of order and delivery of online store products

The order can be picked up at the time of your choice from Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy at Paavontie 1, 43100 Saarijärvi. Pick-up must be done during the day in question during Ruustinta's opening hours, unless a change of pick-up has been separately agreed in advance. We do not store fresh produce until the next day.

Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

After making the reservation, the customer receives a reservation confirmation, which contains the price, time and cancellation conditions of the reservation. These conditions do not apply to accommodation reservations made through third parties.
The booker must be of legal age.
Online store prices may vary depending on available capacity and time of day or year.
Separate campaign-specific cancellation conditions can also be used in the online store, which are mentioned in the information of the respective offer. The prices may also differ from the prices given by the sales service over the phone or asked at the reception.
Ruustinna has the right to use special conditions different from these conditions, if the use of special conditions can be justified. Reasons can be public holidays, special events, seasonal changes or ancillary services.
Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Customer Responsibility

Staying at the resort

Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy's hotel rooms and tents are available to the customer from the day of arrival as follows:
· Hotel rooms from 15:00 (check-in) until departure day at 12:00 (check-out).
· Tents from 15:00 (Check-in) until departure day at 12:00 (check-out).
The equipment of the hotel room includes bedding, linen, towels, bath products and a hair dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The rent for Wäentupa's rooms includes bed linen, linen, towels and bath products, hairdryer, fridge and kettle.
For special cleaning, as well as for possible broken furniture, dishes or equipment, the host has the right to charge the costs according to the actual incurred costs. Special cleaning refers to e.g. special cleaning of furniture, washing of carpets, or special cleaning or painting procedures for fixed parts of the property, which result from the customer's stay at the destination. The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the hotel property or its movable property.
If the customer causes a disturbance or danger to other customers in the same property or the area, the hotel has the right to immediately remove the customer from the hotel area after one notice. All measures and costs caused by disruptions will be invoiced to the customer according to the actual accumulated costs.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces in the area of ​​Saarijärvi Ruustinna Oy (including hotel rooms, restaurant halls, public interiors, balconies and verandas, and beach sauna). Unauthorized smoking inside will be charged one extra day's rent of the rental object, plus the textile laundry bill. Smoking areas are clearly marked in the area.
The host must be notified in advance of bringing a pet into the accommodation. The price of accommodation for a pet is €25/booking. An additional fee of €40/pet/day is charged for pets brought without permission and not announced.
The sales service of Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy is not responsible for allergy etc. problems for customers caused by unauthorized smoking or animals.

Number of people

For security reasons, only persons registered in the hotel will be allowed into the accommodation rooms and other reserved spaces. Accommodation facilities or shared facilities may not be used by more people than the maximum number of persons stated in the description of the accommodation facility or the maximum number of persons specified in the fire safety instructions found in the holiday facility (tent or room).
The use of a tent or a caravan in Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy's sites without a permit is prohibited.

The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.

Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation and delivery terms of online store products
The customer can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date. For orders made through the online store, we deduct a handling fee from €7 upon cancellation. Fresh products sold in the online store do not have the right of return, which, according to the Consumer Protection Act, perishable foods do not have. Other products sold in Ruustinta's online store have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Accomodation cancellation conditions

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment when the information about the cancellation has arrived.

If the customer cancels his room reservation:

· The customer has the option to cancel his individual accommodation reservation free of charge no later than 2 days before the arrival date by 4 p.m. If the cancellation is made later or the customer fails to come, the hotel has the right to charge the customer 1 night's accommodation price + any other expenses incurred by the hotel.

· Stricter cancellation conditions apply to room reservations during the summer season (June-August). The room reservation can be canceled free of charge one (1) week before arrival. After this, the hotel has the right to charge the customer the full price for the accommodation.

· Special terms and conditions regarding theme and event packages and Midsummer, Christmas and New Year are defined separately.

· Booking and cancellation conditions for groups are defined separately.

· We invoice the customer for possible cancellation costs.

Departure before the pre-arranged time:
If the departure takes place before the agreed departure date, it must be notified no later than 18:00 the day before. If it is a matter of accommodation for several nights, a partial payment may be required for the unused time. Departure before the agreed time may cause a change to the pre-agreed accommodation price.

Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy does not reimburse the customer for the costs incurred by the cancellation. For these and possible other exceptional situations, Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy's sales service advises the traveler to take out travel insurance, which includes cancellation insurance.

Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy has the right to cancel the reservation
In case of force majeure, Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get back the payments he has paid in full. If the customer has not paid the performance related to the reservation by the due date, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

We reserve the right to change prices.

Force Majeure

Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Saarijärven Ruustinna Oy could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Notices and Complaints

Online store product returns and complaints

In cases of complaints, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email to the address [email protected]. If there is something to complain about in the product, we ask that you return the product to us if possible, so that we can verify whether there was a quality defect in the product. If a return is not possible, you must send us a photo of the product. We process each complaint individually and on a case-by-case basis, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
In dispute situations, you have the opportunity to seek advice and guidance from consumer advice or the consumer dispute board.

Remarks and complaints related to accommodation

All comments related to the equipment and condition of the resort must be reported immediately directly to the reception. If the matter is not rectified, written claims for compensation must be made within 30 days.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.

This online store has been implemented on the Joiku Booking online store platform. Joiku Booking (Comgate Oy, 2663001-9) does not provide, own, or control any services or products such as accommodations, activities, or transportation services that you access through this site.

The seller's terms apply to your booking, so you must accept and understand these terms.
